In the Period that Fred has been working with youth, he has discovered approaches to improve communication and leadership skills assisting youth to future success.

She has been the general coordinator of the first "Agora International Marathon" in 2020 and also the last one in 2021, as well as being responsible for Agora's Hispanic participation in "The International Speech Day 2021 ". She has a long history in different international organizations and has extensive experience in organizing events. She coordinates the Hispanic bloc of AgoraCon 2021 under the direction of Ravi, the general organizer of AgoraCon 2021.

Mike is a Hobby Beekeeper, an Advanced Scuba Diving Instructor and has been actively involved in the Indonesian Heritage Society since 2004 and has been a Volunteer Tour Guide at Museum Nasional Indonesia since 2008 and De Klerk’s House since 2010. He has been a Judge for the BINUS University AEO (Asian English Olympics) and NEO (National English Olympics) Speech Contests for ten years in Indonesia and was the Final Judge for the BINUS Spelling Bee Competition for two years.

Before retiring she was an entrepreneur in the educational sector. Hélène’s ambition to speak (well) at her son's wedding drove her to join a then well-known speaking club in Amsterdam. Recognizing the benefits to others, she became active and enjoyed founding numerous new clubs in different European countries. When AGORA Speakers crossed her path in 2016, Hélène immediately joined. Now living in the UK, she founded Agora Club number 13 and still runs a Speakers Society at Cambridge University College as well as helping ad hoc young entrepreneurs with their communications and presentations using five languages. In 2020 she found Les Hodgson who agreed to be U.K. Ambassador along with her.
